Kenson Construction Company, together with our sister company, W. Alan Kenson & Associates, P.C., specializes in design-build projects. The design-build approach to building is an outgrowth of modern construction management methods. It applies the efficiency and control of good business organization to construction. Constructing a building in a design-build manner means the design-builder has involvement in the total line of action, maintains a control position, and accepts full responsibility for the work. One word that wraps it all up - - RESULTS. All of this is in contrast to the traditional independent consultant / bidding process, which can be time consuming, not as cost effective and distributes the responsibility.

Kenson Construction has extensive experience in the construction industry, continuously serving the Prescott area for 50 years, and is intimately familiar with local market rates.
